Shipping Policy — Real Fight Fans

Thank you for shopping with Real Fight Fans. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our Shopify store.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Because many of our products are made using print-on-demand production, orders typically require processing time before shipment.
Most orders are processed within:
- 2–7 business days for apparel and print-on-demand products
- 1–5 business days for select fight gear items
Processing times may increase during:
- Holidays
- Sales events
- High order volume periods
- Product launches
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping Time Estimates
After processing, estimated delivery times are typically:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Insufficient address information
- Failed delivery attempts
the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Real Fight Fans is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will still do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A description of the issue
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Multiple Shipments
Because some products may come from different production partners or warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight
- Package size
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Order Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- Customs or government actions
- High seasonal demand
